Originally from Morondava, Nambinina is a Malagasy professional dedicated to biodiversity conservation and community empowerment. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Veterinary Science and Medicine at the University of Antananarivo, she combines scientific knowledge with field action to protect Madagascar’s unique wildlife.
As the National Coordinator of the NGO Women Rise Wildlife Research, she oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects related to conservation, environmental education, and the One Health approach. She also leads local teams and mentors young researchers, working closely with communities in rural areas.

Originally from Antananarivo, Mioratiana Rakotoniaina brings her expertise to the mission of Women Rise Wildlife Research, an NGO dedicated to biodiversity conservation and the empowerment of local communities. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Antananarivo, she combines precision, strong organizational skills, and passion to contribute to the success of field initiatives.
As Administrative, Financial, and Logistics Officer, Mioratiana leads budget planning, expenditure tracking, and the management of both human and material resources. She ensures operational transparency and smooth processes, providing vital support to field teams and securing the effective implementation of projects.
Her areas of expertise include financial and budget management, full-cycle accounting, procurement and supply, administrative coordination, logistics, and reporting. Through her dedication and versatility, she plays a key role in turning the NGO’s vision into tangible actions and lasting impact.

Environmental Education and conservation Trainer in Manombo, Toliara II at the ONG Women Rise Wildlife Research.
Originally from the Amoron’i Mania Region. He holds a Master’s degree ( Master I) in Tropical Biodiversity from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Fianarantsoa.
I have skills in enironmental protection training, ecological monitoring, nursery management and ecological restoration.

Women Rise Wildlife Research is a dynamic and committed NGO in Madagascar, founded by women passionate about biodiversity conservation and gender equality. With a strong feminist and environmentalist identity, the organization places women at the forefront, training them to become leaders in environmental protection while actively combating gender-based violence (GBV).
Through research, education, and awareness programs, Women Rise Wildlife Research aims to create a lasting impact on ecosystems and local communities by blending conservation with the empowerment of women.
